Hum Aapke Hain Koun...!

This is the story of two lovers, Prem (Salman Khan) and Nisha (Madhuri Dixit) who are very fun loving, cheerful and full of mischief. Prem's elder brother, Rajesh (Mohnish Behl), is to be married to Nisha's elder sister, Pooja (Renuka Shahane). Prem's uncle (Alok Nath) and Nisha's parents (Anupam Kher and Reema Lagoo) were college friends and when they meet, they arrange Rajesh and Pooja's marriage.

During the marriage a lot of fun and mischief happens until it is time for Pooja to leave to her new home.

 

Prem gets along well with his sister-in-law, and soon they discover that Pooja is pregnant. Pooja's parents are unable to come to the ceremony marking the arrival of the baby so they send Nisha instead.

While she is there, she and Prem fall in love with each other. Later, Nisha's parents come over to Pooja's house for a few days and when they have to go, everybody persuades them to stay over for a day. Then when the day for them to leave comes, everybody is sad, especially Prem as he has become very close to Nisha.

Then one day Pooja goes to stay at her parents' house and Prem follows her there.

Once they reach the house, Pooja finds out that Prem and Nisha love each other. She promises to get them married and gives Nisha the family necklace. Then the phone rings and Pooja goes to answer it. She is very happy and is hopping down the stairs when her foot accidentally slips and she dies from a head injury after falling off the stairs.

Everybody is sad about the accident.

Nisha takes good care of Pooja's child and everybody thinks that she will be a great mother to the baby and so Prem's father and Nisha's parents talks about a marriage between Rajesh and Nisha. Nisha overhears her parents talking about her being the daughter-in-law of the house that her sister was from, and she mistakenly thinks that she is getting married to Prem. Later at a preparation ceremony, she finds out that she is marrying Rajesh.

Prem and Nisha agree to sacrifice their love for Rajesh and the baby. At the wedding, Nisha gives Tuffy (Prem's dog) the necklace that her sister had given her together with a letter, to pass it to Prem. Tuffy gives the necklace and letter to Rajesh and he realises that Prem loves Nisha. In the end, he confronts them and Nisha and Prem marry each other.

Andaz Apna Apna

Prem Bhopali (Salman Khan) and Amar Manohar (Aamir Khan) are two ne'er-do-wells from Bhopal who dream of becoming rich without working for it—by marrying a rich heiress, Raveena (Raveena Tandon). One has a habit of saying 'Aai laa!' and the other has a habit of saying 'Ooii Maa!'.

They meet on a bus and discover that they are both out to win the heiress. Each of them tries various ploys to eliminate his rival, all of which fail ludicrously.

In the end, Amar and Prem agree to join forces, insinuate themselves into the heiress' household, and there compete for Raveena's love.

Amar tries to get Raveena to hit him by annoying her. After several tries, he succeeds when Raveena, quite fed up with him, hits him with a log of wood. Amar acts as if he is unconscious.

He is taken into Raveena's mansion, where he is attended by Prem, pretending to be a doctor. After some skirmishing for Raveena's attention, Prem finds himself increasingly attracted to Karisma (Karisma Kapoor), Raveena's secretary.

What Amar and Prem do not know is that Karisma—whose actual name is Raveena—is the real heiress. She switched places with her secretary in an attempt to find a man who would love her for herself, not for her money.

Amar and Prem then concoct an inane plot to win the confidence of the heiress's father Ram Gopal Bajaj (Paresh Rawal) by first kidnapping and then rescuing him. But they do not know that the father's evil twin Teja aka Shyam Gopal Bajaj (Paresh Rawal) has plans to kidnap him too, and start living as him.

So both Teja and Amar and Prem send their men to kidnap him. But Teja's men take him by rendering the men sent by Amar and Prem unconscious. Amar and Prem then decide that they will really have to rescue him. Later Amar and Prem find out that Raveena was really Karishma and Karishma was Raveena and that they both wanted to experience each other's life because of how they didn't get the respect they wanted.

But Teja himself has an enemy, Crime Master Gogo (Shakti Kapoor), who then enters the plot. He takes everyone hostage, including Raveena, Karishma, Ram Gopal Bajaj, Teja and his cronies Robert (Viju Khote) and Bhalla (Shehzad Khan) to steal the precious diamonds that belong to the rich Ram Gopal Bajaj. Amar and Prem go to rescue them all.

Dil Tera Aashiq

Thakur Ranvir Singh Chaudhary (Anupam Kher) is rich and influential man of his town. He doted on his only sister Radha, but after her marriage to a man who was much below their status he could never forgive her. After the death of Radha the responsibility of looking after the children, Vijay, Bittu & Gudiya fell on his shoulders.

He hires the services of an old governess Savitri Devi (Madhuri Dixit) to take care of the younger two.

Young and dashing Vijay (Salman Khan) falls in love with Soniya in the dancing school where both are dance instructors.

Thakur who is a confirmed bachelor is also drawn towards Savitri Devi; Nasseb Kumar who is a good friend of Chaudhary helps him to win the love of Savitri.

Pratap Singh is a deadly enemy of Chaudhary, tries all the evil ways to get his work done.

Ek Ladka Ek Ladki

Bhagwati Prasad looks after the vast estate of his deceased brother, assisted by his wife, and brother-in-law, Markutey.

Bhagwati has got into debt and has been embezzling money in order to pay his debtors. His spoiled and rude niece, Renu, who resides in the United States decides to pay them a visit. Bhagwati welcomes her and makes her feel at home, but Renu is not easily satisfied until she gets a speed boat so that she can be on her own. Alerted by her lawyer, she starts to scrutinize recent transactions and finds 15 lakh rupees missing. She asks Bhagwati to provide her with an explanation within 2 days.

Then she gets into her speed boat, only to get involved in an accident, planned by Bhagwati,and disappears. Bhagwati is all set to take over the estate, when the estate's lawyer gets a Court Order freezing all the cash, bank, and assets until such time Renu is found or her body is located.

The months go by, Bhagwati hires men to look for Renu, and they soon find her and lead him to her. Bhagwati finds out that she has lost her memory, and is living with a man named Raja and three children. This time Bhagwati will make sure that she will not escape alive, even if it means to kill Raja and the three children as well.

Nishchaiy

Ravi Yadav (Vinod Khanna) is the servant of Manohar Singh (Rajiv Verma). He has a younger brother, Rohan Yadav (Salman Khan). When Ravi is falsely accused of murdering a woman, and sentenced to 12 years of prison, Manohar Singh's wife Renuka (Moushumi Chatterjee) assures him that she will take care of Rohan.

12 years later, when Ravi comes out of prison, he finds out that Renuka is not alive, and Rohan's whereabouts are unknown. Rohan, in the meantime, has been adopted by famous Lawyer Gujral (Saeed Jaffrey), and his wife Yashoda (Reema Lagoo), and is now known as Vasudev Gujral, a lawyer by profession. Vasudev falls in love with Payal Singh (Karisma Kapoor), who happens to be Manohar Singh's daughter.

Ravi finds out that Renuka is alive but her memory is diminished. He starts medical treatment for Renuka. To earn the needed money, he accepts a contract to kill Vasudev Gujral, little knowing that he is about to kill his own long-separated brother.
